There are two Howard County Courthouses, both of which are located in Ellicott City, MD. The Howard County District Court is located at 3451 Courthouse Drive, and the Howard County Circuit Court is located at located at 8360 Court Avenue. The district court in Howard County is responsible for dealing with civil matters of $5,000 or less. When you reach Rogers Avenue you will turn to the right and then continue for a distance of 1.2 miles. When you arrive you will find courthouse parking directly to your right.

Directions to Howard County Circuit Court Building in Maryland

The Circuit Court Building is located at 8360 Court Avenue and can be reached by exiting U.S. 29 onto Route 40 heading eastbound. When you reach Rogers Avenue, you will turn right and continue straight for a distance of 1.2 miles, again the Courthouse parking is located on your right.
