Mr. Tayter received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan before continuing on to Washington University St. Louis for his J.D. and M.B.A.. He received several academic awards while in Law School and graduated with honors. Mr. Tayter gained experience as an Administrative Law Judge before entering private practice, presiding over more than 15,000 driver’s license suspension and revocation hearings.
Mr. Tayter is licensed to practice law both in Maryland and Colorado, and is also certified to conduct Standardized Field Sobriety Tests He is a member of both the Maryland and Colorado bar associations, as well as the American bar association.
Mr. Tayter serves clients in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Cecil County, Carroll County and Prince George’s County. He represents clients in the Office of Administration Hearings and all Maryland State Courts.
Mr. Tayter speaks Russian fluently.
